Ingredients:
Steak cut of your choice
Oregano
Balsamic Vinegar
Bou Beef Bouillon
Lemon
Cucumber
Tomato
Feta
Red Onion
Directions
Cut the beef into skewer-sized pieces and marinate in 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar mixed with Bou beef bouillon, juice from 1/2 lemon, and 1 tablespoon of oregano.
Cut the cucumber into inch-long pieces, tomatoes in half, and red onions into large chunks. Cut feta into large chunks, 1-2 chunks per person.
Mix all of the veggies together with a drizzle of olive oil and juice from 1/2 lemon.
Skewer the meat onto the kebabs and grill, 2 minutes per side.
Plate the salad and top with feta, along with 1-2 kebabs.
